I was privileged to be given the opportunity to coach a unique team at TEC on how to use AgileBI processes to implement a brand new BI capability that would end up surfacing content to over 4000 external users.
The result was after a successfull 3 months the team splitting into two AgileBI Scrum teams to increase their output, and become one of the highest performing AgileBI teams that I have the pleasure to coach.
It included:
- SCRUM
- KANBAN
- BEAM
- Qlik Sense
One of the highlights was when the internal analyst stepped into the Scrum Master role as part of the project and has become one of the most inspiring and talented scrum masters I know.
The project they delivered has also become a renowned success in NZ.
