Being remarkable makes you different, it means you will be remembered and means your customers will (often) come back again.
Today I had a remarkable experience from Hamish at the The Big Picture.
I needed a banner printed and I needed it printed fast. The last banner I had printed somewhere else took 5 days.
The Big Picture printed the banner for me today.
Whats remarkable is this wasn’t a one off rush order that I paid an extra fortune to have done urgently.
The Big Picture have just structured their business so they can always print same day.
And to me thats remarkable compared to the other fellows.
Ill be back.
