This article from TimeXtender recommends a couple of the same techniques I do to help the adoption of AgileBI.
- Pick a sexy deliverable at the beginning to get buy-in from users (that also means no big data builds upfront)
- Put the T-Skills team together on day one, including the business experts (Product Owner and Feature Owner)
- Automate as much as you can to make the team faster (and safer)
